The Taraz Prosecutor's Office has upheld the rights of children.

During an inspection of educational institutions for children working with minors, as part of efforts to protect children's rights, the Taraz prosecutor's office discovered that the charitable organization "Baidebek," which educates 36 children, has been operating without a license since 2023.

The prosecutor's office also found that the management of "Baidebek" fails to comply with sanitary-epidemiological, migration, fire safety, labor, and architectural-construction regulations.

A lawsuit was filed with the specialized economic court of the Zhambyl region to annul the registration of this educational institution and issue a license. Based on the evidence provided regarding the violations of standards, the court ruled to terminate the activities, liquidate, and remove the "Baidebek" institution from the registration.

The court's decision has entered into legal force.
