BCC Invest notes that the following financial instruments will now be available exclusively to qualified investors:

  1. Securities and other financial instruments from non-resident organizations of Kazakhstan, issued in accordance with the legislation of other countries and not included in the list of securities traded on the stock exchanges of Kazakhstan or foreign countries.
  2. Shares and units of venture capital investment funds.
  3. Derivative securities and other derivative financial instruments.
  4. Bonds issued through private placements.
  5. Perpetual bonds.
  6. Investment bonds.
  7. Financial instruments whose issuance conditions stipulate that they are intended solely for qualified investors or exclude the possibility of purchase by retail investors.
