The director of LLP "Andora Construction" from 2020 to 2023, without permission from the local executive authority to attract funds from shareholders, sold apartments to 25 citizens for the specified amount through fictitious preliminary contracts.

On October 23, 2024, the court №2 of Atyrau city found the company’s director guilty of large-scale fraud and sentenced him to 5 years in prison. Similar charges were also brought against the director of LLP "Nazik Group" and the founder of the housing cooperative "Atameken Tūryn Üy," "Family Town," and "Baisanat Residence."

Additionally, this year, under the prosecutor's supervision, two developers were held administratively liable and fined 1 million tenge. Thus, the prosecutor's office ensures the protection of citizens' rights in the sphere of shared construction and prevents violations of their rights to timely receive their own apartments.
