It is worth noting that the new Nolan project has been under discussion for several months, especially with the impressive cast already announced. In mid-November, it was revealed that Zendaya and Anne Hathaway would join the upcoming Christopher Nolan film at Universal, alongside previously announced actors Tom Holland and Matt Damon. Later reports indicated that Robert Pattinson would also star in the film. Media outlets have reported that Matt Damon will play the lead role in the new project.
For Anne Hathaway, this film will mark her third collaboration with Christopher Nolan. She previously starred in 'The Dark Knight Rises' and 'Interstellar.' In October, it was confirmed that work on 'The Princess Diaries 3' is actively underway, with Adele Lim directing the film ('Crazy Rich Asians,' 'Raya and the Last Dragon'). Anne Hathaway will reprise her iconic role.
Tom Holland and Zendaya have already worked together in the Spider-Man films within the Marvel Cinematic Universe: 'Spider-Man: Homecoming' (2017), 'Spider-Man: Far From Home' (2019), and 'Spider-Man: No Way Home' (2021). At the end of October, it was announced that the fourth installment of the popular franchise is in development. During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Tom Holland revealed that filming will begin in the summer of 2025. More details can be found at the link.
