In the cities and villages of the Mangystau region, free screenings of domestic films in the Kazakh language have been organized, reports Tengri Life.
Showings have commenced in Aktau, Zhanaozen, Fort Shevchenko, and the village of Beineu. The free screenings will continue until December 31.
As noted by one of the event organizers, Daniyar Aysa, this initiative aims to provide residents of small towns and villages the opportunity to enjoy significant cinema in the state language. Showtimes are specifically scheduled for convenient hours and, according to the organizers, are completely free of charge.
Residents of the region can watch films such as "Dos-Mukasan," "Surgeon," "Paralympian," "Operation Nabat," and "Zhambyl. Zhanadawir."
