According to the press service of BI Group, in response to this demand, the company will create the A+ Almaty Business Park — a modern business complex that meets global standards. It is located at the intersection of Al-Farabi and Seifullin avenues and includes 45,000 m² of office and coworking spaces, conference halls, and Sunken Plaza — an underground area with shops, a fitness center, and restaurants.
The roof of the building will feature relaxation areas and a mini-golf course. For convenience, a conference hall for business events and parking for 800 vehicles with automatic entry will be available.
The complex is certified to BREEAM standards, confirming its energy efficiency and environmental friendliness. The architectural project was developed by the British studio BENOY — one of the top 10 companies in the world in this field.
Considering the growth of Kazakhstan's economy, which is projected to reach $355 billion by 2028, the demand for quality office spaces will only increase. The opening of A+ Almaty Business Park is not just another business center, but a strategic project aimed at enhancing the business environment in the country, as noted by BI Group.
