Healthcare – 4.3 billion tenge, including the construction of medical stations in rural areas;

Transport and infrastructure – 12.2 billion tenge, including the reconstruction of the airport in Balkhash;

Ecology and water supply – 1.7 billion tenge, including wastewater treatment.
