During the altercation, she struck the customer several times in the head and face, injuring her lip.
The matter was taken to court, where the defendant was charged with hooliganism. The young woman admitted her guilt but claimed she was also a victim, having sustained a bruise on her arm.
According to the injured party, this incident not only caused her pain but also worsened her osteochondrosis, with treatment costs exceeding 200,000 tenge. The woman demanded that the defendant pay her one million tenge for moral damages.
The court found the 22-year-old woman guilty and sentenced her to six months of restricted freedom.
She is prohibited from visiting recreational places, and after her working hours, she must remain at home. The court also ordered her to compensate the victim with 800,000 tenge for legal fees and an additional 100,000 tenge for moral damage.
