What will change?
The agreement allows citizens of Kazakhstan and Saint Kitts and Nevis, who possess valid travel documents, to enter, exit, transit, and temporarily stay in each other's territories without a visa. However, there is one condition: the duration of stay must not exceed 90 days within each 365-day period.
If you plan to stay longer, you will need to obtain a visa in accordance with the laws of the host country.
Diplomats and their families
Holders of diplomatic and service passports are exempt from visa requirements for the entire duration of their accreditation. This rule also applies to their families and dependents, provided they have the appropriate documentation.
What documents are acceptable?
For citizens of Kazakhstan:
- diplomatic or service passport;
- citizen's passport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
- certificate of return (for returning to Kazakhstan);
- seafarer's identification document.
For citizens of Saint Kitts and Nevis:
- diplomatic or official passport;
- citizen's passport of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis;
- temporary travel document or return document;
- seafarer's identification document.
