The vehicle history verification service, previously available only on the electronic government portal, has now been integrated into the eGov Mobile app. This solution provides more convenient and timely access to crucial information, which is particularly relevant for minimizing risks when purchasing a car.
What data does the service provide?
Users can obtain detailed information about the vehicle, including:
- the date of initial registration in Kazakhstan;
- the presence of encumbrances or liens;
- the number of previous owners (while maintaining the confidentiality of personal data).
Additionally, technical specifications of the car are available, such as the make, year of manufacture, engine capacity, body color, and details about additional equipment.
How to use the service?
To obtain the information, you need to:
- Log in to the eGov Mobile app.
- Navigate to the “Services” → “Driving and Transport” section and select the “Vehicle Ownership History” option.
- Enter the state registration number of the vehicle and the vehicle registration certificate number.
- Click “Search” and review the provided information.
The implementation of this functionality was made possible through the collaboration of the Committee for State Services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "National Information Technologies," and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
