Forward Al-Nassr Cristiano Ronaldo, who previously played for Real Madrid, shared his thoughts on the performance of Real Madrid player Kylian Mbappe in the central striker position, according to Sports.kz referencing Championat.com.
“If I were Mbappe, I would play similarly to how Cristiano Ronaldo operated as a striker. I would teach him to play there if I were at ‘Real’. I wasn’t a central striker, but I played like one. People forget that I was a winger. The attacking position complicates things a bit for Mbappe. In my opinion, he doesn’t know how to play as a striker. It’s not that he doesn’t know; it’s just that it’s not his position,” Ronaldo’s words are reported by Madrid Unversal on social media X (formerly Twitter).
So far this season, Mbappe has participated in 19 matches in La Liga, scoring 15 goals and providing two assists.
