In agreement with the head of state, the General Prosecutor's order has appointed Marat Bayanovich Abishev as the Prosecutor of Aktobe Region, reports the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the press service of the General Prosecutor's Office.
As noted by the law enforcement agency, Marat Abishev has significant work experience, including leading a specialized department within the central office and coordinating the activities of prosecution bodies in the field of protecting public interests. He oversaw the implementation of tasks set by the President of the country, including supporting large investment projects, returning unused land to the state, and protecting the labor rights of citizens and socially vulnerable groups, emphasized the supervisory authority.
Marat Bayanovich Abishev was born on September 5, 1979, in Karaganda.
He began his career in the prosecutor's office in 2000 as an assistant prosecutor in the city of Zhezkazgan, Karaganda region. He later worked at the General Prosecutor's Office as a prosecutor and then as a senior prosecutor in the Department for Supervision of the Legality of Judicial Acts and Enforcement Proceedings in civil and administrative cases.
He also served as a judge of the Zyryanovsk District Court in East Kazakhstan region. Over the years, he has consistently held positions as a senior prosecutor in the department, head of a division, deputy head of the Department for Representing State Interests in Courts of the General Prosecutor's Office, and as deputy and first deputy prosecutor of Kostanay region, as well as deputy head of the General Prosecutor's Office apparatus.
His total work experience in the prosecutor's office exceeds 22 years. For his professional achievements, he has been awarded the "Aybyn" Order of II degree and the "For Military Valor" Medal.
