By the order of the Minister of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Mukhametqali Rinat Zakiuly has been appointed as the head of the apparatus of the Ministry of Culture and Information.

Rinat Mukhametqali was born in 1981. He graduated from Taraz State University named after Dulati, specializing in law.

From 2002 to 2004, he worked in both private and public organizations.

From 2004 to 2009, he held positions as a leading specialist, chief specialist, deputy head of the department, and head of the department of legislation at the Ministry of Justice.

In 2009-2010, he served as the deputy director of the Department of Regulatory Acts at the Ministry of Justice.

From 2010 to 2021, he was an inspector, head of the sector, and deputy head of the department for state service and personnel policy at the Presidential Administration.

In 2021-2022, he was the head of the apparatus of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs.

In 2022-2023, he served as the head of the secretariat for the head of the Presidential Administration.

From January 2023 until his appointment, he held the position of deputy akim of the Kostanay region.
