The amendments specify that the Committee for Registration Services and Legal Entities of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be responsible for registering public and religious associations with republican and regional statuses, including political parties, the Republican Chamber of Notaries, the RK, the Republican Chamber of Private Bailiffs, the NPP, the Chamber of Judicial Experts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Arbitration Chambers of Kazakhstan, the RKYUK, as well as conducting registration for branches and representative offices of foreign and international non-profit non-governmental organizations.
The amendments also allow for the submission of an electronic application for the registration of a legal entity, as well as for the registration of a branch or representative office, not only through the "electronic government" web portal but also via information objects of second-level banks.
The project is available on the "Open NPA" portal until December 9, 2024.
