By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dmitry Andreevich Mun has been appointed as the Vice Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, reports the Kapital.kz business information center, citing the Prime Minister's press service.
Dmitry Andreevich Mun was born in 1991 in Astana. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
He began his professional career in 2014 as an expert at the Center of JSC "Institute of Economic Research," in Astana.
Over the years, he has worked as a manager at JSC "Kazpost" and as the head of the department in the election work and legal regulation management of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as a software engineer in the department of JSC "National Information Technologies," in Astana.
From 2020 to 2023, he was the managing director of Big Data at JSC "National Information Technologies," in Astana.
Since 2023, prior to his appointment, he was the deputy chairman of the board of JSC "National Information Technologies," in Astana.
