Erkin Otarghalymuly was born on October 1, 1984, in the Semipalatinsk region. He has been in the civil defense service since August 4, 2002, and has served in various positions.

Lieutenant Colonel of Civil Defense Duman Daleshov has been appointed as the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

He was born on October 22, 1990, in the Akmolinsk region. He has been in the civil defense service since August 4, 2008, and has held various positions.

Additionally, Erbolat Shortanbaev has been appointed as the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

He was born on June 20, 1976, in the Karaganda region. He has been in the civil defense service since February 23, 2007, and has served in different roles.
