Three deputies have been appointed to the head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

New deputy chiefs have been appointed in the Department of Emergency Situations of the Karaganda region. All of them possess extensive experience in civil protection agencies, reports NUR.KZ, citing the regional Department of Emergency Situations.

According to the press service of the agency, by the order of the Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel of Civil Defense Erkin Otarghalymuly has been appointed as the first deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

Erkin Otarghalymuly was born on October 1, 1984, in the Semipalatinsk region. He has been in the civil defense service since August 4, 2002, and has served in various positions.

Lieutenant Colonel of Civil Defense Duman Daleshov has been appointed as the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

He was born on October 22, 1990, in the Akmolinsk region. He has been in the civil defense service since August 4, 2008, and has held various positions.

Additionally, Erbolat Shortanbaev has been appointed as the deputy head of the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region.

He was born on June 20, 1976, in the Karaganda region. He has been in the civil defense service since February 23, 2007, and has served in different roles.

It is worth noting that in the Karaganda region, 2024 saw a significant wave of new appointments, ranging from deputy akims and heads of departments to heads of departments and cities.

Moreover, in November of last year, a ceremonial event took place in the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region to bid farewell to two civil defense officers who were retiring.
