The Aktyubinsk regional prosecutor's office has uncovered the embezzlement of budget funds amounting to over 54 million tenge by accountants from the kindergartens "Balausa," "Gulder," "Shapagat," and "Arai." This was done by signing bank documents on behalf of the directors and illegally transferring money to their accounts.
Based on these findings, the district prosecutor's office has initiated a pre-trial investigation against the accountants under parts 2 and 4 of Article 189 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan regarding the appropriation or misappropriation of entrusted property.
Criminal cases against the accountants of the kindergartens "Shapagat" and "Arai" have been closed due to the restitution of damages totaling over 5 million tenge.
In the case of the accountant from the kindergartens "Balausa" and "Gulder," who appropriated 49 million tenge, judicial proceedings have concluded, resulting in a sentence of 7 years of imprisonment.
