LLP "Bosya" planned to establish a sewing workshop as an investor in the special economic zone "Khorgos - Eastern Gates" located in the Panfilov district. The investment project is valued at 75 million tenge. The commencement of the project was delayed for three months due to the seizure of the land plot imposed by a private bailiff.
The intervention of the prosecutor's office brought an end to the illegal restrictions imposed by the bailiff, and the seizure was lifted. The responsible party was held accountable for the violations of the law. The investor was able to complete all necessary documentation and commence operations.
