As part of the event "Supervision," prosecutors from the region, together with a mobile group, conducted an unexpected inspection of the compliance with restrictions imposed by court sentences on individuals under supervision.

During the inspection, the presence of 321 convicted individuals was verified at their registered addresses within the established timeframes. Nine individuals were found to have committed violations, and for two of them, a proposal was submitted to the court for a transfer to a sentence of imprisonment.

Additionally, during the inspection carried out by the regional prosecutor's office, using the information system "SIO PSO," 77 violations that had gone unchecked by the probation service were identified. A proposal for imprisonment was submitted to the court regarding 43 individuals, and the sentences for 11 individuals have since been modified.
