The akims of rural districts and school directors in the Zhetysu region illegally withheld mandatory contribution amounts from the salaries of disabled individuals, mothers of many children, "Hero Mothers," as well as other recipients of the "Altyn Alqa," "Kumis Alqa," and "Maternal Glory" awards.
The prosecutor's office clarified that, according to the requirements of the Law on "Mandatory Social Health Insurance," such contributions for the specified category of citizens are paid by the state.
Unethical employers withheld over 5.5 million tenge from 166 citizens in need of support. The prosecutor's office of the Zhetysu region restored the violated rights of these citizens and initiated the process of returning the unlawfully withheld funds.
Those responsible, including two akims of rural districts and one school director, have been held accountable through disciplinary measures.
