A service "Tank" was purchased for the akimat in the Aktobe region for 27 million tenge.

According to the publication, a request for the purchase of a vehicle has appeared on the state procurement website for the Akimat of the Baiganin District, amounting to 27,678,571 tenge.

The functional and technical specifications of the vehicle indicate that the body type is an SUV, and the engine’s maximum power must be at least 299 hp / 219.9 kW at 6000 RPM.

Furthermore, among the features, the interior elements are to be finished in Alcantara, with seat massage and ventilation functions for both front and rear rows, a panoramic roof, and a premium Infinity audio system with 12 speakers and a subwoofer.

On February 25, the lot was won by the company "West line ltd". The Akimat reported that a contract was signed for the purchase of a Haval Tank 500 vehicle worth 27 million tenge.

For comparison, on the official website, the Kia Seltos is priced at 13.5 million tenge, Hyundai Tucson starting from 15.2 million tenge, and the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado Luxe at 46.7 million tenge.

The Akimat of the Baiganin District explained the necessity of acquiring such a vehicle by stating that the area of Baiganin District is 6,103,969 hectares. The climate of the district features cold winters and hot, dry summers. The district comprises 9 regions and 24 settlements. There are no access roads between the regions and rural settlements, and the distances between settlements are significant.

"The rural districts of Oimaуt, Miyaly, and Diyar are located 300 km from the district center. In winter, spring, and autumn, communication is difficult. The length of local roads is 392.8 km, of which only 56.4 km are asphalted. The share of unsatisfactory roads is 85.6%," reported the Baiganin District Akimat.

Officials noted that all vehicles on the balance of the government institution are old and worn out.

"The last vehicle purchased for the Akimat was in 2018 - a Kia Sorento, which has been out of service since October 2024 and is in emergency condition. Currently, the district Akim is forced to use an old 2006 Toyota Camry. This vehicle does not allow him to travel to rural settlements," explained the district Akimat.

In January, during the redistribution of free funds from the district budget, the acquisition of an official vehicle was planned. A contract has now been signed for the purchase of a Haval Tank 500 vehicle worth 27 million tenge.
