Previously, Muhammad himself mentioned that May-June would be an ideal timeframe for the fight with "Nomad." A tournament, UFC 315, is planned for May in Montreal, Canada.

Recall that the fight between Shavkat Rakhmonov and Belal Muhammad was initially set to take place in December 2024, but the American fighter withdrew due to a bone infection in his foot. Instead, Rakhmonov faced Irishman Ian Garry for the title of top contender and won by unanimous decision.
