Marat Karabaev announced that the areas of land to be expropriated for new projects have been determined.
In response, Olzhas Bektenov instructed that all preparatory work on the new projects should be carried out in advance to prevent delays in construction and rising costs in the future.
“I instruct the akimats to ensure the reservation of plots for future projects, to declare a moratorium on the issuance of these lands, and to change their designated purpose. The Ministry of Industry, together with the akimats, must prepare the documentation for the quarries involved in road projects. The Ministry of Transport needs to address the issue of legislative regulation for the expedited purchase of land for state needs related to road construction,” stated the head of the Cabinet.
