According to the official page of the ministry on Instagram, by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Colonel of Police Janat Kakzhanov has been appointed as the Deputy Head of the Karaganda Region Police Department for Digitalization.

He has been serving in the internal affairs agencies since September 1998. From 2002 to 2024, he held various leadership positions within the National Guard of the Republic of Kazakhstan, focusing on communications, information security, counteracting technical intelligence, and protecting state secrets.

It was previously reported that new deputies have been appointed to the Emergency Situations Department of the Karaganda region. All of them possess extensive experience in civil protection agencies.

Additionally, it has become known that Lieutenant Colonel Akylbek Toleuov and Colonel Nurzhan Baikulov have been appointed as deputies of the Almaty Region Police Department.
