Main Achievements:
- Reduction of offenses in public places and among minors.
- Improvement in the resolution rate across all categories of crimes.
Implemented Measures:
- Under the principle of “Law and Order,” preventive measures are intensified, and a “zero tolerance” policy for offenses is being established.
- There has been a 40% increase in the prevention of administrative violations, including:
- Minor hooliganism (+30%);
- Traffic violations (+48%).
- The revocation of driving licenses has risen by 32%, especially for driving under the influence.
- Over 1,600 criminals have been detained, with 158 apprehended abroad.
The President was also informed about measures to combat organized crime, cybercrime, and drug-related offenses, as well as improvements in road safety and the enhancement of the criminal enforcement system.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev instructed to continue efforts to strengthen law and order and public safety.
