A court case was held in Kazakhstan involving a blogger.

According to the regional court, his guilt was not proven during the investigation.

In the official Telegram channel of the court, it was reported that a case regarding an administrative offense for the dissemination of false information (Part 3, Article 456-2 of the Administrative Code) has been reviewed.

As per the protocol prepared by a police officer, the head of the individual entrepreneur posted a video on his Instagram page containing information about the deaths of military personnel. However, the court found that the individual held responsible is not the author of the video, and the information presented in it is sourced from official channels.

“The statistics on military personnel mortality were announced by a representative of the military prosecutor's office during a session of the Senate of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This is confirmed by testimonies and a video recording,” the court noted.

The court also determined that there is no evidence of intentional publication of false information. Therefore, the guilt of the blogger has not been established, and no administrative offense has been found in his actions. The proceedings in the case have been terminated by the court's ruling.
