This project was introduced by the company at the Digital Almaty 2025 forum.
It is no coincidence that the name of the ecosystem encapsulates its core meaning – “AI to you,” which translates to “artificial intelligence for everyone.” Aitu has already integrated AI assistants. These digital helpers assist businesses and users in tackling everyday tasks more quickly, easily, and efficiently. For instance, a virtual chef can suggest recipes based on what is available in the fridge, while a poet can craft a poem using your keywords.
“Creating the national digital ecosystem Aitu is an ambitious endeavor to develop a modern Kazakh digital product that can compete effectively with international players, both in terms of technology and in the battle for users' hearts. Kazakhtelecom is building a new digital community where everyone can find convenient solutions for work, creativity, and communication. BTS Digital is proud to be part of this initiative,” said BTS Digital CEO Nurtaı Abılgaliev.
It’s worth noting that BTS Digital is a strategic partner of Kazakhtelecom. As part of this partnership, several innovative projects have already been launched, such as the updated super app telecom.kz, which consolidates essential digital services in one place: in addition to managing telecom services, it now includes chats, a social feed, music, and payment services. Additionally, there are cloud solutions Aitu Cloud powered by Kazakhtelecom, which provide reliable and scalable tools for data storage and support of business processes. The process of purchasing SIM cards from Kcell has also become more convenient, faster, and simpler thanks to biometrics.
