According to the minister, the main objective is to avoid excessive regulation in this area. It is essential to find a balance between control and development, as we are at an early stage of these technologies' evolution.

Madiyev noted that there are plans to classify technologies related to artificial intelligence and synthetic materials, as well as to create a specific framework for the further development of this field.

“We will closely monitor international experience and strive for a balanced approach between regulation and opportunities for development,” said the speaker.
