The blacklist of residential complexes under construction in Almaty, compiled by urban planning control, has been updated with new projects, reports the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the city administration's press service.
"As of the current date, the list consists of 36 residential complexes. The registry has been expanded to include several residential complexes (RCs) lacking a complete set of construction permits, as well as those being built with deviations from the project and other violations," the government agency stated.
The list includes properties without permits, for which construction has not yet begun. According to the administration's information, proposals for such RCs are identified through monitoring of online resources.
