A guide to credit and insurance history has been launched on eGov Mobile.

eGov Mobile users can now monitor their credit and insurance history, as well as evaluate their overall creditworthiness online. The mobile application has launched a new service called “Guide to Credit and Insurance History,” reports a correspondent from the business information center Kapital.kz, referencing the press service of JSC “NIT.” .

The service consists of two sections: “Lending” and “Insurance,” which provide current information about previously obtained loans and insurance services based on data from the State Credit Bureau.

In the “Lending” section, users receive a report on their credit history for the past five years, details about active credit obligations, and a credit score: an indicator that reflects the user's level of creditworthiness. This score is generated based on information from the credit history and helps users assess their credit reputation. The credit score is purely informational and is intended for evaluating credit behavior.

The “Insurance” section provides a comprehensive report on previously concluded insurance contracts and policies, as well as information about the bonus-malus class that affects the cost of mandatory auto insurance.

All features of the new service are offered free of charge.

To use the service, users need to:

- log in to the eGov Mobile app, navigate to the “Other Services” section, and select “SCB. GUIDE to Credit and Insurance History”; - consent to the use of personal data; - review information regarding loans and insurance agreements; - download the credit and/or insurance report; - if necessary, save files to their smartphone.

This new service was implemented in collaboration with the Committee of State Services of the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC “National Information Technologies,” and JSC “State Credit Bureau.”
