The eGov Mobile application now offers online services from Qazpost. Kazakh citizens can order products from foreign marketplaces and, if necessary, handle customs documentation, as reported by the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the press service of JSC "National Information Technologies."
As explained by NIT, the Qazpost service allows citizens of Kazakhstan to make international purchases on leading global platforms such as Amazon, AliExpress, and others. It includes two main areas: the Keruen dropshipping service for deliveries from the USA, Europe, and China, and Keden for customs declaration.
"For eGov Mobile, partnering with the national operator JSC 'Kazpost' means expanding the range of services available to the public. Today, various services are accessible in the app for online use," the national company stated.
In the "Keruen – Delivery from Abroad" section, users can view the cost and delivery times. A delivery cost calculator is also available, including for oversized parcels, along with answers to frequently asked questions. Users can add a package they are expecting for tracking by clicking the "Add Expected Package" button, filling out all required fields, and pressing "Submit."
The "Keden - Customs Services" section allows users to calculate duties and review frequently asked questions. For user convenience, there is a search bar where one can obtain complete information on a previously submitted application using the tracking number of the package or the phone number.
