Cardiologist Anton Kluber has proposed a method for preventing thrombosis, based on the consumption of an infusion made from pine cones.
According to the specialist, the tannins and bioflavonoids found in pine cones prevent the clumping of blood cells, possess anticoagulant properties, and help avert the formation of blood clots. Additionally, they quickly normalize blood pressure.
To prepare the infusion, fill a one-liter jar with opened, previously washed pine cones and cover them with alcohol or vodka. After that, the jar should be stored in a dark place for two to three weeks. Once ready, the infusion should be strained and kept in the refrigerator.
The remedy is taken on an empty stomach, by diluting a teaspoon of the infusion in 100 milliliters of water.
