Due to a technical malfunction, government websites and eGov are currently unavailable.

Due to a technical malfunction in Kazakhstan, the websites of government agencies and the e-government are temporarily unavailable, reports a correspondent from the business information center Kapital.kz, citing the press service of JSC "National Information Technologies."

"As a result of a technical failure in the infrastructure of the server center for government agencies, a temporary unavailability of several services supported by 'NIT' is being observed. Consequently, users of the eGov.kz portal, the eGov Mobile app, the E-license and Open Government portals, the Unified Platform of Internet Resources of Government Agencies, and other 'NIT' projects may experience partial unavailability of the services provided by these systems," the statement indicates.

Specialists from 'NIT' are working to restore the functionality of the services. Completion of the work is expected in the near future.

The company has reported that there may be temporary unavailability of services in the Public Service Centers (PSC) and the receipt of government services in second-tier bank applications.

"We apologize for the temporary inconvenience," said the representatives of "National Information Technologies."
