A new digital service has been launched on the eGov.kz portal, allowing users to request certificates regarding guardianship and custody. This simplifies the process of verifying information about guardians of minor orphans and children without parental care, as reported by the business information center Kapital.kz, referencing the press service of JSC "NIT."
The service enables users to confirm their status as a guardian or custodian for government bodies and authorized personnel online. To obtain a certificate, it is sufficient to send a request, which must be confirmed by the guardian. All data is automatically retrieved from government databases, ensuring speed and transparency in the process.
To use the service, you need to:
- log in to the eGov.kz portal and navigate to the “Citizens” section - “Transport and Communications” - “Communications”;
- select “Service for obtaining certificates by third parties” and click “Order service online”;
- enter your IIN and choose the service “Issuance of certificates on guardianship and custody”;
- fill out the required fields, select the region, and click “Request”.
After that, the guardian or custodian for whom the certificate is requested will receive an SMS notification from the number 1414 asking to confirm the request. Additionally, the request message will appear in the user's personal account on the eGov.kz portal. For security and protection of personal data, the confirmation of the request must be completed within two hours of receiving the notification.
If the user confirms the request, the certificate becomes available in the applicant's personal account under the “Service History” section. In case of refusal, the reason will be displayed on the status page, and a corresponding notification will arrive in the “Incoming” section of the personal account.
