The Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry has announced that the functionality of government websites and the electronic government services has been restored, as reported by a correspondent from the business information center Kapital.kz, referencing the ministry's press service.
"The services managed by JSC 'National Information Technologies,' including the eGov.kz portal, the eGov Mobile app, the E-license portal, the Open Government portal, the Unified platform for government internet resources, and the digital document services, have been restored. Additionally, the process of obtaining government services at public service centers and through second-tier bank applications has been reinstated. We apologize for any inconvenience caused," the ministry's statement reads.
It is important to note that due to a technical failure, the mentioned services were non-operational for several hours. Services at public service centers (CSPs) and the ability to obtain government services through second-tier bank applications were also unavailable.
